Due to the nature of our services, which involve a high degree of personalization and collaboration with the client, we do not offer refunds for any reason.
We encourage clients to actively participate in the revision process to ensure the final product aligns with their goals and preferences.
Clients can request revisions at any time during the Resume/CV writing process until they are satisfied with the end result. After final approval by client any additional revisions will cost an extra fee.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information and feedback during the Resume/CV creation process.
We are not liable for any inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided by the client.
If a client wishes to cancel the service before the Resume/CV is completed, they may do so, but no refunds will be issued.
If a cancellation occurs after the Resume/CV is completed, the client is not eligible for a refund.
In rare cases, where a client experiences technical difficulties with our service or where there is a severe service issue, we may consider a refund or credit at our sole discretion.
